What you are buying

Digital design files only: nothing is shipped. Each product page says what the files are (formats, sizes, hoop or print facts) before you pay, and the files you receive are those files.

Payment and delivery

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe. The files are available on the page you land on after paying and on your order page, which stays available.

Licence

Every file comes with the personal-use licence. Buying a file means accepting it.

Faults and refunds

If a file is faulty or does not match its page, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund it. Because the files are delivered instantly, there is otherwise no return.
