A note here lands in the studio's inbox, and a person answers. For a lost download, include the order id from your confirmation email; for a file that is not right, say which design and what happened.

Downloads: Your files stay on your order page; the link is in the confirmation email. We can send it again.
Licence: Personal use is included with every file. Ask here about using a design in something you sell.
Reply time: Usually within a day. Replies come from the studio's own address.
