Licence

When you buy a file on ash10.dev you receive a personal-use licence to it. In plain words:

You may

• Download the files to any device you own and keep them.
• Stitch, print, cut or make the design as many times as you like for yourself, your household and gifts.
• Resize, recolour and combine the files for your own projects.

You may not

• Sell, give away, share or upload the digital files, or any part of them, in any form.
• Sell items made from the designs, or use them in anything you sell or offer commercially, without a separate commercial licence from us.
• Claim the designs as your own, or remove the studio's name where it appears.

Ownership

The designs remain the property of ash10.dev. The licence is yours for as long as you keep the files; it does not expire and does not need renewing.

Refunds

Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded. If a file is faulty, or is not what its page said it was, write to us and we will put it right or refund it.
